CORPUS CHRISTI - A 42-year-old woman reported to police that she was lying in bed in her home in the 7000 block of Premont Drive around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon when she heard the screen on her bedroom window being torn.
An Hispanic male then opened the window and stuck his head inside as he tried to gain entry.
The woman yelled at him and he ran away.
A second suspect was seen standing across from the victim's residence and also started running away.
Both suspects were described as being in their teens.
One offender was an Hispanic male, 16-18 years old, 5'7", 120 lbs., wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans.
The second suspect was an Hispanic male, unknown age, 6'0" 145 lbs., wearing a red ball cap and blue jeans.
Officers immediately responded and checked the area but were not able to locate the suspects.
They were last seen running through the Fox Fire Condos.
